The compressor is easy to occur in the combustion and explosion of the part of a gas tank, gas pipeline, cylinder, body, etc.. 阿特拉斯空压机爆炸产生的原因: 1.压力超出许用值; 2.严重锈蚀使壁厚减薄、强度降低; 3、高温高压下积炭自然; 4.排气阀泄露,使高温高压气体回流气缸,在排气阀附近产生高温,当油积炭存在时候会引起爆炸 5.压缩机大修安装完工后,如果吹除不彻底,气缸到储气罐间的管道、阀门留有污垢、杂志,也会引发燃烧与爆炸; 6.冷却器、储气罐中冷结的油、水没有及时排放干净;压缩气体管道及通路断面局部阻力过大,造成局部产生污垢或火花而发生爆炸; 7操作人员缺乏培训,开车后没有打开压缩机到储气灌的阀门,致使排气压力急剧升高而导致爆炸。
